Succession
Units of mandatory funded pension, the money and financial assets held in the PIK (Pension Investment Account), will be transferred to the heirs.
To initiate the inheritance procedure, the heirs must contact a notary. Once the notary has issued a certificate of inheritance, an application to inherit the units can be submitted at a suitable Account Manager.
If successors are natural persons and legal entities together, they must rely on their respective conditions.
